Kicking off our collaboration with Sida was the complete redesign of the service Openaid.se—a visualisation tool for all open data of the Swedish aid. My main objective for the project was to help out the team by design a simple yet colorful design system. The challenge was to create a versatile system that could help us ship fast and still be expanded and built upon with new projects already on the horizon. For Sida i helped by expanding the visual language with a new concept for using phtotography and bringing more humanity to the design system already in place.
